I discovered a castle!

I really did! On Google maps first and I was like 'Why I didn't know that there is a medieval castle so closed to Glasgow! And I've never seen it!'
Then I took my bike and and using the 75 cycle route most of the time I went to see the castle.

And there it was, set on the river bank. Apparently Bothwell is Scotland's largest and finest 13th century castle! Not much to see, to be honest, but I liked walking along the walls trying to imagine life there centuries ago.

It was very peaceful place, almost no one there. And there was a very friendly custodian who told me a little bit abut the history.

Where to find amazing vegan recipes?

I'll share with you my favorite blog and Youtube channel with delicious and simple vegan recipes. I go to them for inspiration a lot and I'm never disappointed.

But first let me show you my post lunch snack. I've made hummus today using this recipe. It's super easy and low fat.

Organic baguette rolls from Tapa, my favorite bakery in Glasgow. Freshly made hummus, smoked chipotle salsa from Whole Foods and fresh organic salad from Locavore. It was delish, really worth a blog post ;)

Ok, here are my go to vegan recipes sources.

I could scroll her blog all day long

And Vegan Corner on Youtube
The videos are 2-4 minutes long but thanks to great instruction you know exactly what to do. And they're fanny too.

Bon appetit!

Two princesses and a mouse

Making dolls is a way to prolong your childhood. Sometimes I'm like Shouldn't I be more... "adult", have a serious job and be responsible and think about the future and so on. But that lasts only a second. Fu*k that! I'll do another doll I always wanted to have as a little girl.

And little shy mouse too

Walk in the woods

Autumn is hear. Slowly the colours are changing. I love to observe how my favorite trees prepare for winter. It's an amazing process, and it repeats year after year but never gets boring.

Those tiny moss mini worlds! When I was a child I believed that if I look really close I'll see tiny people living there.

What are you looking at Mr Fox?
